instead of a hotel? Where do we start?
The location is incredible, just 2 miles from Disney, 5 minutes from I-4, and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport. The 24 hour manned gated resort is mesmerizing, with more than 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and an abundance of first class amenities. Windsor Hills contains some of the most luxurious condos in the area.
Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire condo (the 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 . You and your family will have more than one room; you will have a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  If you wish to meet with other guests,  you would have all of the resort amenities to share. A perfect solution to all your vacations/holiday needs.

Is this a time share offer?
Absolutely not! The condos shown on this website is owned by us. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation; instead, you just sit back and enjoy your vacation rental home without a sales pitch.

What is required to make a reservation?   
When you are ready, you can call us or E-mail us and we will guide you step by step.

When do we pay?
When you book, you will need to pay a deposit with the balance payable 30 days before your arrival date. You can make payment with a credit card through our "Pay Pal" or certified check (See our cancellation policy .)

When is check-in & check-out times?
Your condo will be available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Your check-out time is 10:30 a.m. on your departure date.  A vacation condo requires more time to clean than a hotel room.  Therefore, please help us prepare for our next guest by checking out on time.

What about security?
Windsor Hills Resort is a secure community with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7.

How close is Windsor Hills to the Disney Theme Parks?
We're one of the closest! It will genuinely take you just over 5 minutes to get to Disney Theme Parks. See also our link at home page for other attractions.

Is there shopping nearby?
Yes, the Formosa Gardens Boulevard area has a grocery store, 24 hour Walgreen’s drug store and supermarket. There are many restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets from mouth watering Steak Houses to Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burgers and Pizza restaurants and Gas Stations.

Is there transportation to the parks?
Transportation is available to most Theme Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an additional charge). The time table, which changes monthly, is displayed inside the Windsor Hills on-site sundry shop.

Is the resort pool heated?
Windsor Hills Resort offers you the perfect vacation community including an Olympic-sized swimming pool in the clubhouse complex. It is available to all guests and is heated at no extra cost during the winter months.

Do you provide air conditioning and heat?
Yes,  our 2 bedroom vacation condo has central air conditioning and heat.  

Is your kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, our condo has a fully equipped kitchen including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove,  blender, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect vacation.

Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, ample linens, towels and beach towels are provided in our condo.

Are there laundry facilities?
Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in our condo.

Are there cleaning supplies?
We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum. As this style of vacation is classed as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap etc. There is an on-site sundry shop and supermarkets and grocery stores close to the resort.

Is the condo cleaned daily?
No, our condos are cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. There is a cleaning fee of $75.
   A mid-stay clean and shine can be arranged at additional cost.

Is the condo non smoking?
Yes, our condo is NON SMOKING! In accordance with Florida State Laws, our condo and communal areas are designated No Smoking areas. No smoking is permitted inside the condo.

Do you allow pets in your condo?  
No, we do not allow pets in our condo.  

Where do we pick up the keys?
No keys for the condo we have a keyless entry. You will be given the code a few days before you arrive.

What if something is not working at our condo?
Our condo is brand new. Our local management company maintains the condos in tip top condition all the time.  You will be provided with their telephone number and they are normally available 24/7 in the unlikely event that there is a problem with our condos. An after hours number is provided for emergencies only.

Does the lanai have screens?
Yes. Our lanai has a fine mesh screen allowing in the glorious Florida sunshine but keeps out those pesty bugs.

How many people can stay in our condo?
Our condo are properly licensed. Florida State license dictates how many people can stay in our condos. Our  2 bedroom condo can have a maximum of 6 guests.

Are all the resort amenities included in the price?
All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra charge.

Is there a safe in the condo? 
No ,there is no safe in the condo.
